charge on new baterries only last about 2 blocks or 2 hours which ever comes first then the red light comes on and it only takes 1 1/2 hours to charge back uo to 13.75 volts per battery when the red light comes on the voltage per battery is 12 6 volts per battery any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated thank you
