I had Comcast here today to hook up a Digital Transport Adapter (DTA) to our Proscan 32LB30Q TV. We verified that the DTA was working, but when trying to get the signal on Channel 3, the Channel went to Channel 3 Mono. The technician believes that somehow Channel 3 was deleted. How can I get it back?
