I Have A mol.32-lb30Q proscan TV with DVD player ser# 9133C32lB30QD The sound will not work on ether TV & DVD modes. The support phone # 1-888-977-6722 doesn`t work with proscan ?? there web site www.proscanus.com doesn`t open ?? Any kind of help would be great.
