Pur Water Cooler...

I am noticing a small area of leadking water underneath the cooler. Now I notice that the fridge part is not cold. What could this mean?

0 I have the same issue and am looking for a solution also. I've also read a few other comments related to the same problem. Will write back when I hopefully have more to share. Looking forward to hearing from others, too. It's a great cooler- my kids are proud to independently help themselves to a drink. It's been out of commission for a while and we miss it.
