I receive an error stating that the installation was unsuccessful. then when i try to troubleshoot it i receive. point n shoot is offline. Bottomline is that the instructions that come with the RCA product seems very simple but yet i do not understand y i am having problems taking videos of my son and tranferring them to my pc to send to my relatives. Okz help ASAP thank you very much PS. how to i use my warranty for this product as well?
