Television will not turn " ON " . Set is plugged in and red stand by light is on ,,, when I push "on" on the remote the stanby light goes off and and then comes back on . Could this problem be caused by some device inside the T.V. detecting that the A,C, voltage is either to low or to high and the T.V. is protecting itself from harm by not turning " ON " ?
