The first time I connected this player to my computer it automatically synced all my music files and pictures. Now when I try to add and or delete music, it won't let me do either. Windows Media player will only recognize the device for a short time and then won't allow me to delete songs or add them. The device is still connected because it continues to charge. Any suggestions?
