I have an RCA th1611 mp3 player, and it has worked great, but now it won't turn on, it starts at the intializing screen, but don't go any further. Why? I've done everything the RCA sites told me to do, but nothing helped. Either I'm stupid, they don't know what they're talking about, or I have a problem that they don't know how to fix. Can someone help me? I've searched and searched, but no sites seem to have an answer for me!!!
