I just bought this MP3 player and it is not working proper;ly. I tried downloading songs onto it but only one went through. I have a lot of songs downloaded but the machine will not accept them. I got an error message that I needed "codees" to fix the problem but I don't want to mess around with my friend's computer without help. Also, when I press the button that should start it nothing happens. Please advise what I can do,
