MY RCA1702 MODEL MP3 PLAYER KEEPS SHUTTING OFF DUE TO LOW BATTERY BUT I PUT BRAND NEW BATTERIES IN. WHATS WRONG DO I NEED TO CHARGE ON MY COMPUTER TOO?
