Question About RCA MP3 Player 6728 (8 gb)

Hi, I have thomson 6728. When i try to switch on player, he stuck on "please wait" screen. But if there are a few files on the player, he play it ok. If there are more than 2 Gb, it stuck "please wait" screen. What should i do?
