I bought the my Mp3 player on 11/28/008 for a christmas gift for my son. It only would turn on but will not download any songs and now it won't turn on at all or take a charge. I would like you to send me brand new Mp3 for the exchange for this broken one. It is a RCA MP3 player m4208gr item number. It is also 8gb that is suppose to hold 2000 songs.
