Please help find the manual for this RCA MP3 Player...

I need also the software disc for my player. Mine got wrecked. Would you have a direct link for me to get my player up and running. It was in the cold and now I can't get it to do anything. Even to shut off I have to pull the battery. Please Help Me.I've look for 2 days and can't find the link for the software.
