I cannot add or delete any new songs to my mp3. I cannot even access my mp3. I have lost my owners manual in my last move. I am looking for a replacement owners manual so that I can begin loading up some new tunes and removing the ones that are getting me closer to throwing your #$(@U(U$#@$# product in the trash can. I really hope you can get me a new owners manual asap please.
