Question About RCA MP3 Player None
please help me...

i got my son an mp3 player for christmas and its taken this long to get to the point where i could have the time to try to get everything set up for him so please help when i cut it on all it does is says intializing...and wont let me do nothing else please help

0 i need help to get this mp3 player working for my son and i wa hoping someone would know what they was doing it means alot to me and a whol lot to him when i turn on the mp3 player it says intializing and just stays stuck on that point please help i will be forever helpful
