Question About RCA MP3 Player None
RCA Opal M4204-A not recognized by Windows 7...

When I plug my RCA Opal M4204-A into the usb port of a windows 7 machine it is not recognized. I have tried to download the RCA Easy Rip Software but it won't install unless the media player is "recognized". Windows 7 compatibility website says it is compatible.
