Question About RCA MP3 Player None
RCA PEARL MP3 PLAYER, TH1602-A...

Won't complete boot-up. Pearl LoGo comes up and stay's on, have to remove battery to shut off.

1 When turned on MP3 Player will not complete booting up process. It is just stuck on the 'Pearl' logo. It will not turn off unless the battery is taken out. How do I get rid of thsi problem?
