Question About RCA MP3 Player TH1100
shuffeling songs...

when I plug my mp3 player into my computer I can see that all of my songs are still loaded on there but when I try to listen to them it only plays the first album over and over instead of shuffeling the songs and albums as it used to. How can I fix this?
