How do I get my tv connected to the direct tv box....

How do I get my tv connected to the direct tv box. It is asking for an access card to be put in the tv, but I don't have one

0 Thanks, I found that as well. I can't get any picture,other than the menu. I even tried to put it on antenna A, and still nothing. It wants an access card in the TV. The people at Direct TV say I don't need one. We recently moved the TV. It worked last week, but I can't get a picture now. Do you think the Geek Squad would be able to help? I don't to spend alot of money.
