Question About RCA Satellite TV System None
TV will not turn on with remote nor with the front power button....

RCA TV (serial # 1395E8M97) (service # 20F424T) purchased at Walmart on January 9, 2009. I used the "Troubleshooting" check list and am to the point where it tells me to check the Child Lock. I can't go any further because the TV won't turn on for me to check that option. Help, please!
