I got a RCA TV/DVD combo from a friend, but the remote didn't come with it. I purchased a universal remote but when I play the dvd, I can't get the words in english instead of spanish. I don't know how to function the universal to change it or to move the buttons up and down on certain features that display. The TV part plays good. Also sometimes the closed captions come up on the movies on the dvd and don't know how to stop them. I need help, PLEASE!
