I have Resmed Apnealink REF 22302. When i am connecting the device to usb cable to prepare it, i always give a battery missing error. i have inserted several new specified battery but this error persists. when i turn the device on when it is on battery it works perfectly but give battery missing error when i try to prepare it. plz help me with this issue looking forward for ur quick reply
