Question About Ricoh Printer None
ricoh aficio sp c400dn...

I have 400 students that are printing to Ricoh c400 printer and I want to have the student names printed as a footer at the bottom of the page. Is there a way to do this without giving each student a User ID? I know there's got to be default setting somewhere in the settings menu. My email is mwood@trinitynola.com. thanks in advance
