Question About Rival Kitchen Utensil 1030-V
need owner's manual...

Hi, I was given an Electr-o-Matic food slicer, but can't figure out how to remove the screw that releases the blade for cleaning. If anyone can provide me with the answer, or has a manual I can download, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
