Question About Robertshaw Thermostat 9620
The ambient air temperature display says 99 degree...

The ambient air temperature display says 99 degrees when its about 75. What's this mean? The inside of the cover says "Item 9600." Is that the model number, too?

5 Well what seems to be happening is it's picking up heat other than ambient. Or it's busted. Make sure hole where t wires come through in back is sealed. Also be sure you don't have a vent blowing right on it. Also no lamp or something to close. If this doesn't work see if there is a reset button on it push it reprogram see if that works if not they have 2 yr warranty take back to supply house. Exchange for new one
