The Robert Shaw thermostat I am inquiring about is...

The Robert Shaw thermostat I am inquiring about is @24 yrs old. It continually blinks, but is working fine. I have no idea of the model. Is it somewhere on the wall unit? Does the blinking mean the battery is weak? It is a 9v. Thank you
