FAN/WHEEL WONT COME OFF. TRYED TO USE VISE-GRIPS ON INSIDE AND TURN FROM OUTSIDE BUT NOT MOVEING IN EITHER DIRECTION. sEEMS TO BE FREE WHEELING WHEN NOT HELD WITH THE VISE-GRIPS PHIXSR@AOL.COM

0 My Roper RES 7648KQ work perfect, but no Heat at all!!
