I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM A FEW TIMES. THE REPAIR MAN TOLD ME THAT THE THERMAL FUSE HAD BLOWN. HE ALSO TOLD ME TO CLEAN OUT THE DRYER VENT. OVER TIME THE LENT BUILDS UP AND RAISES THE TEMP IN THE DRYER DUCT CAUSING THE FUSE TO BLOW AND THE DRYER NOT TO HEAT. THE PART COSTS LIKE $15 AND YOU CAN REPLACE IT YOURSELF FISRT BY UNPLUGGING THE DRYER FROM THE OUTLET, PULL THE UNIT OUT, REMOVE THE BOLTS FROM THE BACK COVER. THE FUSE WILL HAVE 2 BLUE WIRES HOOKED UP TO BUT YOU CAN PULL THE WIRE CONNECTORS OFF. THEN REMOVE THE BOLT AND REMOVE THE FUSE. IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT MAKE SURE THE MAINTENANCE MAN COMES AND CLEANS OUT THE DRYER VENT SO IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN. IF IT DOES THEN YOUR HEATING ELEMENT HAS GONE BAD AND I DON'T EVEN BEGIN TO KNOW HOW TO REPLACE THAT. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.
