Please don't judge me to much. I'm looking for basic use directions. I believe my dishwasher is most likely working fine and I just don't know what I'm doing? I put liquid detergent in two places. The open bowl and the snap tight lid bowl directly above it. The latch never releases and my dishes don't come clean. Can you help the helpless? Thanks, Jamie
