Hi, I have a Briggs & Stratton Rover lawn mower that seems to be missing and doesn't rev properly, It starts ok and air filter has been cleaned plug looks ok but is black in colour when removed.

5 If the filter is black its because it probably needs oil on the side of the mower theres a little cap with the oil sign you put a little bit if car oil just a quarter and it should run ok after that
