0 How do you change the pull cord on a Rover Wayferer Quantum MX45 - 4 stroke? Do you have to take the whole engine cover off. Ted

0 I ve had to take it to the repair shop as there are springs that I didn't want to have them spring out everywhere. But thankyou fro your help. Cheers
