Question About Royal Sovereign Air Conditioner ARP-2412
lack of cooling...

my unit cools great when the ambiet temp is 70-80degreeswith low humidity but lacks cooling when temps reach the 90's with higher humidity levels.My 5000btu window unit has more cooling power,is there a problem with this 12'000 btu unit?
