Question About Royal Consumer Information Products Paper Shredder None
Can shredder be repaired or is there any paper fragments inside motor causing it to malfunction. Where can I send product for repairs?...

Shredder does not allow paper to be fed in auto forward mode at all. Change power button to Rev mode, you can hear motor running,; machine does not allow paper already in teeth of shredder to operate either.
