I have a RYi2000 Digital Inverter that wont start ...

I have a RYi2000 Digital Inverter that wont start consistently. The only common thing I see is that the overload light flashes when I pull the cord and it wont start . When I pull the cord and the overload light doesn't flash it starts right up????
