I need to alter the restraint straps on the seat I have to the middle position. The sticker on the rear of the seat says - ECE R44-04 UNIVERSAL 9-18 KG with the numbers 04301096 Nr 2080710. The bar code is 3 220660 111466. Which manual do I need? I cannot see anything which matches these numbers. Thank you - Sue Oakley
