safety 1st IR EAR THERMOMETER...

Hi, I have changed batteries and the thermometer doesn't seem to be reading correctly. I have tried searching for manual but having no luck. Do I have to reconfigure the thermometer?

0 how do i change the thermostat mode from C mode to just F degrees mode.
