Question About Safety 1st Stroller TR147LYN or 100717GB
stroller seat adjustment...

I purchased the stroller from a former neighbor. It looks like the model number is TR147LYN. I can't figure out how to adjust the seat back forward so the baby can sit up rather than lie down.
