we have the model #th059, when we turn it on it says Err, then shuts off. We have changed teh batteries twice to insure it was not a battery issue and same thing. Do you know why this is or if there is a reset button. We do not have our owners Manuel. But feel we paid for the best and it should work for longer than 2 years. Thanks in adavance
