Question About Sagem Cell Phone None
malfunction...

I can not switch it on,ant everi time I plug my charger in phone is starting to work automatticly,but after 1 second it freezes and half,or a part of starting picture stayes locked on for some time.This is the only responde I get of my phone.What shall I do?Can I reset it somehow?
