The scale 1018 model is not fully displaying the n...

The scale 1018 model is not fully displaying the numbers fully....I have adjusted new batteries plus cleaned the electrodes. Please advise me on how to solve this annoying issue. Other than this problem, the scale is very functional and a great product.
