I need a quick answer. I baught a Samsung airconditioner model AQ12UGAN! We've installed it and it works 100% in cooling,dry and fan but once switched over to heating,the indoor fan just goes off and not even kicks in after a long long while. The heating does not work at all but the oudoor fan runs. Can anyone give me a hint or a salution. Email:ae@hvacr.co.za
