I'm having problems with this unit every month. I call the Tech he comes out to my house do something to the control and then leave. He isin my house no more than 5 minutes, i think I'm getting ripped off. Also when it as under warrenty I had the same problem and the tech would come out and say he needs to order a part. It would take him a week to do the same thing it is taking him five minutes to do now. Please help if there is a code I can put in the remote and
