when i turn on my split ( (AQV25 inverter ) then o...

when i turn on my split ( (AQV25 inverter ) then outdoor unit does not turn on and just fan working. no error shown in outdoor unit board. but after 3 or 4 min, indoor panel turn off and and first and last lights are blinking. which kind of problem may it has?
