0 I had same problem and it drove me crazy trying to figure it out for months! I seem to have repaired mine by opening the dishwasher door, and on the top of the door inside you will see a circle with holes in it and one star head screw....remove the screw and take off the plate. There will be a plastic holder underneath. On it it says open and close...turn this to open and pull it out. then remove all the calcium build up from all areas and make sure the inside splined wheel rotates freely. Put it back together and run a cycle. This fixed mine....hope it does yours
