I ordered this 42" plasma tv Jan, 08/08 and recieved it on 01/14/08 without a users Manuel in english. After calling I was told that I would have to purchase a Manuel if I do have to purchase one I can tell you now that I am not going to be very happy about it but if this is the only way I will be able to have one I will be able to live with this decission, because I have no other choice at this time but I will remember this deal in the future.
