I took this TV to the Nursing Home for my view, which had worked fine, but when I connected itto the cable there I couldn't get it to work: it stays on one channel and can't be chnaged either manually or remotely!? Only thing that seems to work is the volume and the specs (contrast, etc.). I can't seem to locate my owners user manual either! I'm sure it is soething in regards to the autoprogramming feature, but I can't remember how that works to set it up! So if you have that manual or know where I could get one or at least how to make it workable--PLEASE email me ASAP. Thank You.
