Question About Samsung Range FTQ352IWX

Hello, the two rows of buttons on the right hand side of the stove suddenly stoped working. (2,3,56,8,9 and start buttons) Everything else works. We had this problem when we first bought the oven, but fixed it buy making the stove perfectly level. This time that didn't work, any ideas or suggestion?
