when I turn off and then Turn on after 10 minutes the TV not work(by using remote or touch button). I try to disconnect power supply and then reconnect and waiting a couple of minutes and turn on but no work (no sound and black desktop) . I repeat this procedure many times so some time work and sometimes not work. please help me to solve this problem
