My Samsung WM1245A washer/dryer has problem in the...

My Samsung WM1245A washer/dryer has problem in the drying cycle. Not only are the clothes not dried, the are even wetter than at the end of the washing cycle. There was an error message of 5E and I had cleaned the filter (which was perfectly clean) and reset the machine. The problem persists still. Can anyone give me a solution to this problem?
