Question About SanDisk MP3 Player Sansa
DRM components...

have downloaded from cd provided w/player. when try to download tracks from rhapsody continuously get an error msg that i need DRM components. have tried every solution my computer has suggested and DRM components cannont be downloaded for computer and device to be authorized. Toshiba 32-bit operating system.

0 I have same issue, and I have downloaded the DRM update and it says it has successfully installed...but still error, and I can't create a new account either (takes me to a blank page). I have the scandisk clip+ 4 gb
